1. Where is my package?
Once your order is placed, processing takes 1-2 days, and delivery to the United Kingdom takes 4-6 days. If this time has already passed, please contact our customer service.
2. Where can I find my tracking code?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code. Please also check your spam folder, as our emails sometimes end up there. Keep in mind that the Track & Trace link may take some time to activate.
3. How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the Track & Trace number you received via email. Enter the Track & Trace code on our Track & Trace page to check the delivery status. This can be done on the Track My Order page.
4. I am not satisfied with my package
